Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was perfect for our one night stay, but the rooms smelled like smoke, and the shower stall was too small even for me.
The hotel is located in a not-so-great area, surrounded by a freeway and a railroad track, making it inconvenient for accessing downtown or enjoying a pleasant environment. The service was very helpful and considerate; however, some staff members need improvement in customer service skills. The dining experience offered a good selection of hot and cold foods, meeting a decent standard. The hotel falls short on location quality but excels in service and dining options.
I got to enjoy the trains passing both day and night at this hotel. The two connected rooms I stayed in were bright and clean, although lacking in sufficient storage space and safes. The shower stalls were convenient, but there wasn't much room to put my things in the rooms. The location was a bit shabby and away from town, making it a bit challenging to navigate with one-way streets, but it did feel safe. The service was lovely with kind and competent staff. The dining experience offered a good variety of breakfast foods, although healthier options for vegetarians would have been appreciated.
The hotel is situated a bit far from downtown, making it challenging to navigate with one-way streets, but it offers a variety of dining options and is close to the train station. The rooms were in need of cleanliness improvement, and the pricing was slightly high for what was provided.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was on the outskirts of the tourist areas, making it a bit inconvenient for my activities initially, but it was easy to drive to the Old Port area. The service, especially the shuttle pick-up from Enterprise, was thoughtful, although the room I was assigned was not as expected.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern, clean, and had all the necessary beds made up upon arrival. The price was great, and there were restaurants within walking distance. However, the hotel had a low-class vibe considering the nightly rate, but I would still choose to stay here during my next trip to Portland.
